Learning Outcomes for Class 3
An evaluation technique known as a student learning outcome (SLO) enables a teacher to calculate the effect they have on a student’s academic performance as determined by a specific academic or curricular criterion.
Learning Outcomes describe the particular information, abilities, or skills the learner will acquire through a learning activity or curriculum. In addition, learning outcomes are important for examination and analysis since they specify the information that students should have after completing the learning activity.
Instead of emphasizing a student’s ability to memorize facts, a well-written learning outcome will concentrate on how the student will indeed be capable of putting their new knowledge in a practical setting.
Types of Learning Outcomes:
- Oral communication.
- Mental approach.
- Motor abilities.
- Thinking technique.
- intellectual potential.
Class III General Outcomes:
- To solve mathematical sums, students can use their problem-solving abilities.
- Students will be able to read words properly and write these words and phrases accurately and comprehensively.
- In science pupils will have a basic understanding of how light moves. They learn about the qualities of light that light can be reflected, absorbed, and bend in certain positions.
- Students will be able to learn about the significant characteristics of sound and vibration.
- Pupils will be able to learn about the different types of habitats and how these habitats affect the life of plants and animals and how these habitats support them.
- Plants and animal structure and their different systems, how they get food and shelter, reproduction system, how they adapt different aspects of habitat.
- Learners will be capable to acknowledge safety rules such as water, fire, bus, toxic, and unknown people safety. In addition, they practice and appropriately express these rules.
- The learners will explain their mathematical reasoning both orally and in writing.
- Observe and differentiate between characteristics of different organisms.
- Distinguishes between rotation and revolution, how day and night change, and how weather changes.
- Learn about the solar system, its planets, and details about these planets.
- Students will be able to learn how and why the sun is so important not only for our life on earth but for plants and animals too.
- Difference between stars and planets.
- Pupils will be capable to learn about initial first aid knowledge emergency calls.
- In geography or Social studies learners will be able to tell about directions, continents, seas, oceans, diverse landscapes, environments, weather, atmosphere, ecosystem, map, globes, etc.
- Students will be able to explore number knowledge while solving different word problems.
- Pupils will differentiate between past and present tense.
- Categorized between antonyms and synonyms, nouns and pronouns, verbs and adjectives, etc.
- Express your ideas and feelings about a text or story.
- When students organize, categorize, and label numerous geometric forms improve their understanding of geometry.
- Act in a play or skit while following the instructions and language.
- Students will be able to read aloud a story or text from books.
- Additionally, using the proper equipment, learners will be capable of measuring time, weight, length, volume, etc.
- Students will be able to count money and compute change.
- Pupils will be capable to solve different sums such as addition, multiplication, division, and subtraction.
- In addition, learners will be able to understand the charts and graphs and recreate them.
A lot more outcomes can be set for class III but these are the necessary outcomes that every school follows according to its syllabus and teaching strategies.
