Respected Colleagues
As many of you know that yesterday i.e. Saturday, 28th July 2018 was my last working day at The “University Of Shamil”. I am, therefore, taking an opportunity to write this farewell email with mixed emotions, as this has been a little difficult decision I’ve made. Although in the broad sense, I enjoyed working at The “University Of Shamil” as Dean but regrettably I had to discontinue my responsibilities because of my preferential academic activities which have been held back during this period. Exactly three years ago, I have been offered to join The “University Of Shamil” to initiate degree program in Biological Sciences. However, we could not get go-ahead nod to launch these degree programs from the parent Institute despite our hard work, sincere efforts and commitment. Thus, it is time for me to move on and contribute my expertise and experience in the fields of my prime interest.
These past three years have flown by, and I can’t believe they are coming to an end. I am grateful I was able to work with each and every one of you who joined The “University Of Shamil” during this whole period and either moved on to next job or still serving The “University Of Shamil”. We had a very special, young, energetic and lovely team that I am going to miss for sure. I’ve always believed that the people you work with are what makes the job worthwhile and you all proved me right. I have always received respect, support, and help from you all, and always learned something from each of you.
I will forever cherish this phase of my career as Dean here at The “University Of Shamil”, as I have gained a lot of knowledge from it and the work experience with all of you has been very satisfying. I believe, I have shared a special bond with all of you and have incredible memories of the time spent together. I would be more than happy if I can be of help to you at any stage of career and life.
Finally, I would like to express my deepest gratitude from the bottom of my heart to all of you who have made my time here such a great experience on both as professional and personal level.
