Good morning, everyone!
Today, I want to talk about yoga. Yoga is a great way to keep our bodies and minds healthy. It started a long time ago in India and is now loved all over the world!
In yoga, we do different poses or “asanas.” These poses help make our bodies strong and flexible. For example, the “tree pose” helps us balance, while the “downward dog” stretches our back.
Yoga is not just about physical exercise; it also helps us relax. When we do yoga, we breathe deeply and calm our minds. This can help us feel happy and less stressed, especially when we have lots of homework or activities.
Doing yoga is fun and can be done anywhere! You can do it at home, in the park, or even in your classroom. All you need is a little space to stretch.
So, let’s try to include yoga in our daily routine. It will help us feel better, be more focused in school, and enjoy our time with friends and family.
Thank you for listening, and I hope you all want to try yoga!

Ladies and gentlemen,

It is a physical and spiritual practice originating in India thousands of years ago. Practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness. It unites our mind, body, and spirit, bringing them into harmonious position.

Yoga inspires us to explore the depths of our being, connecting with our true essence. It’s a path towards finding meaning and purpose in our lives and understanding our interconnectedness with all living beings.
The beauty of yoga lies is its accessibility as it is not limited by age, body type or any fitness level. Yoga does not adhere to any particular religion, belief system or community; it has always been approached as a technology for inner wellbeing. Anyone who practices yoga with involvement can gain its benefits, irrespective of one’s faith or culture.
In conclusion, let us embrace yoga as a way of life rather than just a physical practice. Let us inhale positivity and exhale negativity while using the mat as a canvas for self-improvement and connect with ourselves through the practice of yoga.
