Finance Management

This is the main use case diagram for the finance management system. In this use case, there is an actor outside the system boundary who interacts with the system. Users can sign up for the system. Users can then log in to the system to use its functionality. After the login user can view the home page in which the user can click the fee collection module and get into the fee collection module. Users can also get access to payroll by clicking the payroll button. Users can also access the journal ledger and also exit from the system.

HRMS

This is the use case for a human resource management system. In this user can sign up and then log in to the system to use its functionality. After log in to the system user can access the employee’s record to either view update or delete the employee record. Users can also access payroll in which users can perform the salary-related activities. Users can also access the attendance record of employees. In this user can update and mark the daily base attendance of employees. The next use case is for recruitment in which users add the record of applicants and if it is useable it is kept otherwise user discard it. The exit is for exiting from the system.
