When a second-place vowel is the first vowel in a word, the outline is written in second position, that is the first downstroke or upstroke rests on the line_

  1. SH is represented by a light half-curved stroke that slants from top right to bottom left.
  2. A is represented by a heavy dot placed to the right side of the “SH” stroke.(Vowel position: 2nd)
  3. K is represented by a light horizontal stroke drawn from left to right.
