Abstract / Introduction

Nowadays, the World Wide Web (WWW) is one of the major sources of information and it is expanding day by day. However, it is very challenging for e-learners to find the relevant information in such a huge collection of data. It is of great importance to providing a system/environment which discovers, categorize and manages information sources in such a way that can be made easily available to the e-learners.

These systems use different parameters like the number of visitors, page reviews, ratings, etc. to rank different information sources.

The aim of this project is to develop a Web application that discovers important URLs of the computer science domain (at least 250 URLs), categorize and rank these URLs using parameters like a number of visitors, page reviews and ratings, etc.
