Method 1: Using Numbering

  1. Open Microsoft Word.
  2. Type the Question.
    • Example: 1. What is the capital of France?
  3. Add Options Using Numbering:
    • Press Enter to start a new line.
    • Click on the “Numbering” button in the “Paragraph” group on the Home tab.
    • Type each option followed by pressing Enter.
      • Example:
        1. Paris
        2. London
        3. Berlin
        4. Madrid
  4. Type the Correct Answer Below the Options (Optional):
    • Press Enter after the last option.
    • Write “Answer: Paris” or format it as needed.
  5. Repeat Steps for Additional Questions.
