  • Objective: To evaluate applicants’ advocacy and pleading skills in English, Urdu, and Information Communication Technology.
  • Mode: Subjective and objective.

    • Information Computer Technology: 25 Marks
    • Essay in English on Pleadings & Conveyancing: 25 Marks
    • Essay in Urdu on Pleadings & Conveyancing: 25 Marks
    • Proficiency in English Grammar (MCQs based): 25 Marks

PAPER-II: Constitutional & Administrative Law (Subjective + Objective) – 100 Marks

  • Objective: To assess understanding of administrative law principles and knowledge of interpretation of statutes, Rules of Business, and Secretariat Instructions.
  • Mode: Subjective, objective, and problem-based.
  • Contents:
    • Part-I
      • Principles of Interpretation of Statutes: Case-based answer – 15 Marks
      • Rules of Business & Secretariat Instructions: 10 Marks
