BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-11) JUNIOR CLERK (Regular Basis)

INSPECTORATE GENERAL OF REGISTRATION, BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB

 

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:

i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized Board;
ii) The speed of 25 words per minute of typing on computer in English; and
iii) Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application and he shall demonstrate such Proficiency.

AGE:

Male: 18 to 25+ 5= 30 years
Female: 18 to 25 + 8= 33 years

As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Male, Female and Transgender.
DOMICILE: Any district of the province of Punjab.
PLACE OF POSTING: GDA, Gujranwala

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type written test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration comprising questions on General Knowledge,

Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non- Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Computer Skills.
NOTE: The candidates who qualify the written test will be called for typing test on computer and proficiency test in MS Office
