BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-11) JUNIOR CLERK (on Regular Basis)

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:

i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) from a recognized Board;
ii) A Speed of 25 Words Per Minute of typing on Computer in English; and
iii) Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible Office application and he shall demonstrate such proficiency

AGE:

Male: 18 to 25 +7 = 32 years
Female: 18 to 25 + 10 = 35 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Male, Female and Transgender
DOMICILE: All Punjab
PLACE OF POSTING: Board of Revenue, Punjab, Lahore.

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper of MCQ type written test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-

i) General ability including (80%)
Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu and Everyday Science.
ii) Question relating to M.S Office and Computer skills (20%)
NOTE:
Only those candidates will be called for typing test/proficiency test who will qualify the General Ability Test
