Q#3: Draft a general “Power of attorney.” Q#4: What do you mean by “Conveyancing”? Discuss in detail. PART-II (Pleadings) Q#5: Discuss in detail the general rules of Pleadings. Q#6: Draft a Plaint in a suit for “Partition of Land.” Q#7: Draft a written statement on behalf of the defendant to the above plaint. Q#8: Draft a written statement on behalf of the defendant in a suit for recovery of damages on account of Malicious Prosecution. Part-III [interpretation of Statutes] Q#9: Discuss in detail the “Golden Rule of Interpretation”. Q#10: An offender cannot be punished twice for the same offence.
