Staff Nurse Job Responsibilities Description

  1. Daily monitoring:
    • Daily care of patients and administration of medicines at advertised time.
    • Resting the sick to stay in normal condition and taking care of their health.
  2. Inspection and Evaluation:
    • Examining patients and working under the guidance of a physician for medical diagnosis.
    • Perform diagnostic tests of critical importance and record their results.
  3. Nursing Plan:
    • Creating a nursing plan for each patient and providing care according to their characteristics and needs.
    • Timely updating of nursing plan and setting up under physician guidance.
  4. Medications and Treatments:
    • Administer medications and administer infusions, injections, and other medical treatments as ordered by a physician.
    • Assisting patients with medical and surgical treatments.
  5. Recovery Monitoring:
    • Helping patients recover and providing digestive and walking aids.
    • Educate the patient on recovery measures and train them to help themselves.
  6. Record Management:
    • Keeping a complete record of each patient and updating it securely.
    • Assisting with tests and diagnostic reports as ordered by the physician.
  7. Cooperation with the Monitoring Institution:
    • Collaborate in observations with intensive care physicians and other nurses.
    • Communicating patient health information and collaborating with the team to provide optimal care.
  8. Coping with stress and grief:
    • Helping patients cope with stress and suffering by humanizing their struggles.
    • To be a companion in their comfortable situations and to help them in their loneliness.
  9. Procedures in case of crisis:
    • To take immediate action in case of emergency or accidents and undertake to save patients under the guidance of doctor.
    • Conducting observations with the team in crisis situations and providing prepared guidance.
  10. Patient and family education:
    • Educate patients and families about the importance of rehabilitative care.
    • Helping to involve the patient in their care and their education.
  11. Exchange of health measures:
    • Sharing recovery strategies and experiences with doctors, other nurses and the recovery team.
    • Advise for optimal patient care using new techniques and technologies.
