BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-16) NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
(On contract basis for the period of 05 years)

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
i) Master’s Degree (First Division or Grade-B) in Computer Science or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission;
ii) Two years experience in the field of Computer Networking including one year experience as Network Engineer or Network Administrator; and
iii) MCSE and CCNA Certification
NOTE:- i) Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority.
ii) Experience will be accepted after Prescribed Qualification.
AGE:
Male: 23 to 30 + 5 = 35 years
Female: 23 to 30 + 8 = 38 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. The Syllabus is as under:-
i) Questions relating to Qualifications (80%)
ii) General Knowledge including (20%)
Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies , ( Ethics for Non – Muslims candidates ) , Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Science.
