BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) JUNIOR RESEARCH OFFICER on contract basis for a period of three years

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
I) M.Sc. or BS Degree (First Division) in Physics or Chemistry or Geology or Applied Geology from a
University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
OR
ii) B.Sc. Degree (Second Division) in Civil Engineering from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

AGE:
Male: 21 to 28 + 05= 33 years
Female: 21 to 28 + 08 = 36 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
a) Qualification related questions (80%)
b) General Ability includes (20%)
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Islamic Studies(Ethics for Non-Muslim candidates),Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu and Basic Computer Studies.
