PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition / Animal Breeding & Genetics / Poultry Husbandry / Poultry Sciences / Veterinary Microbiology / Parasitology / Veterinary Pathology / Veterinary Medicine / Bio-Technology from a recognized University with basic degree of DVM / B.Sc (Hons) A.H. from a recognized University with five (05) years relevant experience and registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
OR
M.Phil / M.Sc (Hons) in Animal Nutrition / Animal Breeding & Genetics / Poultry Husbandry / Poultry Sciences / Veterinary Microbiology / Veterinary Parasitology / Veterinary Pathology / Veterinary Medicine / Bio-Technology from a recognized University with basic degree of DVM / B.Sc (Hons) A.H. from a recognized University with two (02) years relevant experience and registration with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
OR
D.V.M from a recognized University with five years relevant experience and registration with Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
NOTE:-
i) Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority.
ii) Research Experience will be accepted after Prescribed Qualification.
AGE:
Male: 25 to 35 + 5 = 40 years
Female: 25 to 35 + 8 = 43 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

DOMICILE: Punjab
PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab under the Directorate of Poultry Research Institute, Rawalpindi.
SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
a) Qualification related Questions (80%)
b) General Ability includes (20%)
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.
