BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-18+17,500 As Non-Practicing Allowance Per Month) DEPUTY DISTRICT PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (on Regular Basis)
PUBLIC PROSECUTION DEPARTMENT
PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
i) Seven (07) Years practice as an Advocate in case of Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or
ii) Five (05) Years practice as an Advocate in case of post-graduate degree / PhD in Law;
or
iii) Five (05) Years’ experience as Public Prosecutor.
Note-I:
i) Experience certificate showing exact dates &containing complete information from President respective bar Association counter singed by District & Session Judge and also having enrollment certificate signed by the Secretary and Vice Chairman of Bar Council.
ii) Only Practical experience is acceptable for this post.
iii) Qualifications, Experience and other credentials of the candidates must be completed before or on closing date.
Note-II:
The following categories of Special persons shall not be considered for the post:-
i. Blind
ii. Deaf & Dumb
AGE:
Male: 30 to 45 + 5= 50 years
Female: 30 to 45 + 8= 53 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

1. Criminal Law-I: Procedure (Objective 25 + Subjective 125) (03hours) 150
2. Criminal Law-II: Substantive (Objective 25 + Subjective 75) (03hours) 100
3. Criminal Law III: Evidence (Objective 25 + Subjective 75) (03hours) 100
4. English (02 Hours) 50
i. Essay Writing (20 marks)
ii. Comprehension (20 marks)
iii. Precise Writing (10 marks)
Psychological Assessment + viva voce 100
