BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (TOWN PLANNING) (on Contract Basis for a period of 03 years)

PUNJAB HOUSING & TOWN PLANNING AGENCY (PHATA)

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
B.Sc City & Regional Planning degree from a recognized University duly registered with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP).
NOTE:-
Valid Permanent Registration with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) issued on or before the closing date for submission of online application is required.

AGE:
Male: 21 to 35 +7 = 42 years
Female: 21 to 35 + 10 = 45 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Male, Female and Transgender
DOMICILE: Any District of the Province of Punjab.
PLACE OF POSTING: PHATA Field Offices.

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ Type Written Test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
a) Qualifications related questions (80%)
b) General Knowledge including (20%)
Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Computer Studies.
