BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-19) PRINCIPAL (on Contract Basis for the period of 05 years)
SPECIAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
i) Ph.D in Special Education or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission or from abroad; and eight years teaching / administrative experience in the field of Special Education / General Education. OR
ii) M. Phil in Special Education or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by Higher Education
Commission or from abroad; and ten years teaching / administrative experience in the field of Special Education /
General Education. OR
iii) Master’s degree (second class or grade C) in Special Education or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission or from abroad; and twelve years teaching / administrative experience in the field of Special Education / General Education. OR
iv) Master’s degree (second class or grade C) or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by Higher Education Commission; and twelve years teaching / administrative experience in the field of Special Education / General Education.
NOTE: Preference shall be given to those who hold a Diploma or Certificate in Special Education.
AGE:
Male: 32 to 40 + 5 =45 years
Female: 32 to 40 + 8 =48 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

PLACE OF POSTING: Punjab Province
SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
i) Qualification Related Questions (80%)
ii) General Ability includes (20%)
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.
