AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT
PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
M.Sc in Agricultural Engineering
OR
Masters’ degree in Water Engineering and Management or M.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture with Agronomy as a major subject (second division) equivalent to eighteen years’ education with following length of experience:
i) five years’ post qualification experience in BS-18 and above in the relevant field; or
ii) twelve years’ post qualification experience in BS-17 in the relevant field.
NOTE:
Only Practical / Administrative Experience must be acquired after prescribed qualification.
Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regularity Authority
AGE:
Male: 30 to 45 +05=50 years
Female: 30 to 45 +08=53 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab
SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type Written Test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
a) Qualification related questions (80%)
b) General Ability includes (20%)
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Islamic Studies ( Ethics for Non-Muslim candidates),Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu and Basic Computer Studies.
