PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:

Master’s Degree (2nd Class) in Journalism or Mass Communication or Political Science or History or Urdu Literature or English Literature from recognized University. Two years’ experience in Journalism or Mass Communication including work in the National Newspaper/Periodicals of repute or regional newspaper having ABC certification or recognized News Agency/Television Network. Radio Broadcasting Organization or Publicity in a Govt. Office.
EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATIONS:
Development Journalism
Journalism & Mass Communication.
International Relations
NOTE:
i) Only Practical experience after prescribed qualification shall be considered.
ii) Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regularity Authority

AGE:

Male: 21 to 35+5=40 years

Female: 21 to 35+8=43 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.
