BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) COMPUTER PROGRAMMER
(on Contract Basis for a period of 03 years extendable up to 5 years)

AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT (Water Management Wing)

 

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
i) Four years Bachelor degree in Computer Science (2nd division) from a recognized university equivalent to sixteen year’s of education; and
ii) Five years’ experience in project / system analysis, design, implementation and programming such as Data Base, Oracle (public / private sector)
NOTE:
i) Only Practical Experience after prescribed qualification shall be considered upto the closing date.
ii) Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority.

 

AGE:
Male: 30 to 35 +7 = 42 years
Female: 30 to 35 + 10 = 45 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type Written Test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
i) Qualification related questions (80%)
ii) General Ability includes (20%)
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu.
