BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) CHILD PROTECTION OFFICER (LEGAL) (on contract basis for the period of 03 years)

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:

LLB (second division) from a University recognized by HEC with two years’ experience as an Advocate.
NOTE:
i) Only practical Experience after prescribed qualification shall be considered.
ii) Experience certificate showing exact dates & containing complete information from President District Bar Association/ Sub Divisional Bar Association duly countersigned and affixing rubber stamp of District and Sessions Judge / Additional District & Session Judge concerned (in original) also having membership shall be submitted at the time of interview.

AGE:

Male: 22 to 30 + 5 = 35 years
Female: 22 to 30 + 8 = 38 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Male, Female and Transgender.
DOMICILE: Any district of the province of Punjab
PLACE OF POSTING: Bahawalpur & Rahim Yar Khan

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD)

One paper MCQ type Written Test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus for Written Test is as under:
a) Qualification Related Questions:
i) Pakistan Panel Code.
ii) Criminal Procedure Code.
iii) Qanun-e-Shaahadat Order 1984. (Volume – IV)
iv) The Punjab Destitute and Neglected Children (First Amendment) Act 2007
b) General knowledge (20%)
General Ability includes General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.
