PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
BBA/B.Com or Equivalent from a HEC recognized University. At least 02 years relevant experience.
NOTE:
i) Only practical Experience after prescribed qualification shall be considered.
ii) Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regularity Authority.
AGE:
Male: 22 to 30+5=35 years
Female: 22 to 30+8=38 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type Written Test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus for Written Test is as under:
a) Job relating questions
1. Handling of Cash/daily expenditures.
2. Record Keeping /Cash / Bank Vouchers/ Bills.
3. Maintaining of Cash book.
4. Withdrawal of cash from State bank through cheques.
5. Reconciliations with bank/ Treasury.
6. Maintaining of Budget control register.
7. Finance Rules Volume-I (with amendments).
b) Questions relating to General knowledge (20%)
Including Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science & Basic Computer Studies.
