BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-15 ) STENOGRAPHER
(on Contract Basis for a period of 05 years)

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES: i) Intermediate or equivalent qualification (Second Division) from a recognized Boardii) A Speed of 70 W.P.M. in shorthand in (English) and 35 W.P.M. in type writing (English).
iii) Computer Literate in MS Office.
NOTE:
Preference shall be given to a candidate who also knows Urdu shorthand at speed of 60 words per minute and typing Urdu at a speed of 25 words per minute AGE: Male: 18 to 25 + 5 = 30 years Female: 18 to 25 + 8 = 33 years As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022. Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC. GENDER, DOMICILE & PLACE OF POSTING: GENDER: Male, Female and Transgender DOMICILE: District Rajanpur only PLACE OF POSTING: Office of the Deputy Commissioner/District Collector and its subordinate offices in District Rajanpur SHORTHAND & TYPING TEST:-
English Shorthand Test will be held at the speed of 70 words per minute.
NOTE: The candidates who will qualify English Shorthand test will be called for:-
i) English Typing Test (speed 35 w.p.m.)
Urdu Shorthand Test (speed 60 w.p.m.)
ii) Urdu Typing Test (speed 25 w.p.m.)
