BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) GENDER MONITORING SPECIALIST (on contract basis for a period of three years

WOMEN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

 

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
i) Master’s Degree (sixteen years education) (second division) in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Public Policy or Development Economics from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission with two years’ experience in gender related projects and assignments; and
ii) Proficiency in MS Office.
Note:
i. Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority.
ii. Practical Experience will be accepted after Prescribed Qualification.

 

AGE:
Male: 21 to 30 + 5 = 35 years
Female: 21 to 30 + 8 = 38 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab

 

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration comprising questions relating to General Knowledge including Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.
Note: The candidates who will qualify the written test will be called for Proficiency Test in MS Office.
