PART-I
Q#1. Discuss various classes of the revenue officers. Also bring to light the duties to be performed by such officers.
Q#2. What do you know about the term record-of-rights? Discuss the documents included in it.
Q#3. What course is to be adopted by a revenue officer in case there arises a question as to title during the course of partition proceedings?
Q#4. Define the term Review. Discuss the law relating to ‘Review’ under the provisions of the Land Revenue Act, 1967
Q#5. Lambardar is considered to be very important unit of revenue administration in Punjab. High light its importance by discussing law relating to appointment, duties and dismissal of a Lambardar. Also state the restrictions imposed on emoluments.
Q#6. Discuss in detail the law relating to sale/auction of the immovable property of the defaulter for the recovery of the arrears of land revenue.
