KARATE CLUB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM C# Project

Introduction

STKA KARATE CLUB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM was developed following system development stages for the smooth running and management of the Karate Club Management System.  After the information gathering process from several Clubs managed by manual and computerized systems and after analyzing modern age requirements, the system analyst saw that the Club indeed needed a computerized management system to enhance the efficiency and fulfill modern age requirements.

After a close analysis of samples collected during the problem definition stage, the analyst found that all the hardware and software requirements needed for implementation and maintenance of the system are readily available in the market and cheaply affordable by the Club.

The system was carefully designed to ensure the maximum efficiency of the system at the Club. The system was skillfully and carefully coded to seal any possible loopholes in the system. The system was developed using Microsoft visual C#6.0 for applications Layer language and SQL Stored Procedures for database queries.

This system will indeed help the Club management and the esteemed staff members to manage and steer the Club’s functionalities and Reports to realize its maximum potential in addition to its competence in the Sports business field.

• The system register’s the member with its personal information and its picture.
• The system can update the member information; delete the member information after the proper verification and checking.
• The system can send updates messages to the registered member using the STKA Pakistan Gmail ID.
• The system should enroll the member in a proper game class in the club.
• The Enrollment of members can be updated; can be deleted after proper checking and verification.
• A new member can be registered during enrollment.
• Report of the registered members can be generated by the system.
• The report of the enrolled member can be generated by the system.
• A profile report can be generated by the system.

• The user of the system can only make changes when he/she login in the system.
