Abstract / Introduction

Hostel Management System is designed for better interaction between students, teachers, and accounts. Hostel Management System handles all the requirements for easy Hostel Management for a college. This software will help the Hostel to centralized the activities and maintain data transparency where needed and properly store data for regular operations and future analysis.

Our software will be easy to use for both beginners and advanced users. It features a familiar and well thought out, an attractive user interface, combined with strong searching insertion and reporting capabilities.

Functional Requirements

Warden

Warden can log in and logout.
Warden takes a backup of the Database.

Student Registration

In this module, the warden can add and delete students/teachers.
And assign IDs.

Staff Registration

In this module, the warden can add, delete and delete staff.
And assign IDs.

Accounts

In this module, the accountant manages activities related to student fees, staff salaries, student discounts, due fees.

Room

In this module, the warden mentions room size e.g. single-seater, double seater, and three-seaters.
In this module, the warden allocates and deallocates bed and room to students and has all the information about rooms which are reserved and which are vacant and going to be vacant in the next few days.

Reports

In this module warden manage
Fee Report, Due Fee, Registration, Expenses, and Fee Discounts.
