Computer Information and Communication Technology plays a great role in different fields and areas. Our web-based application also plays a major role in this area. It is necessary to ensure a web application is an appropriate, efficient, user-friendly interface to benefit for the new users. For this reason, this web application is being built. In general, this application is based on a web that gives service to users. The web application will help users to the conversion of different tenses from Active to Passive and vice versa
