Method 1: Inserting Screenshots

  1. Prepare Your Question and Options:
    • Type your question and options as you normally would.
  2. Take a Screenshot:
    • Windows 10/11: Press Windows Key + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch tool. Select the area you want to capture.
    • Mac: Press Command + Shift + 4 to capture a selected portion of the screen.
  3. Insert the Screenshot into Word:
    • Go to the “Insert” tab in MS Word.
    • Click on “Screenshot” in the “Illustrations” group.
    • Choose the screenshot from the available options or click “Screen Clipping” to select an area of your screen and insert it directly.
  4. Position the Screenshot:
    • Click on the inserted screenshot to resize or move it as needed.
    • Use the “Wrap Text” option (found under “Format” or by right-clicking the image) to choose how text should flow around the image. “Square” or “Tight” are often useful options.
  5. Type the Answer:
    • Below or next to the screenshot, type the answer or explanation related to the screenshot.
