BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER (LITERACY) (on 03 years contract basis)

INDUSTRIES, COMMERCE, INVESTMENT & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
DIRECTORATE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION COUNCIL (CPC)

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
i) Master’s degree (Second Division ) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission;
ii) Two years relevant district-based field experience; and
iii) Knowledge of M.S office.
NOTE:-
i) Two years’ experience after Master’s degree is required in the field of exposure to Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education.
ii) Experience in private entities shall be accepted if such entity is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority

AGE:
Male: 22 to 45 + 5 = 50 years
Female: 22 to 45 + 8 = 53 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
MCQ Type Written Test of 90 minutes duration comprising
i) Questions relating to General Knowledge, (80%) Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies,
(Ethics for non-Muslim Candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science.
ii) MS Office
