BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) PHYSIOTHERAPIST (on Regular Basis)
SPECIALIZED HEALTHCARE AND MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
B.Sc. (second division) in Physiotherapy from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with two years’ post-qualification practical experience in any health facility recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission; OR D.P.T. from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
NOTE:
i) Two years post-qualification practical experience in Physiotherapy is mandatory for the candidates who possess a B.Sc. (second division) in Physiotherapy.
ii) Only Practical Experience after the prescribed qualification shall be considered up to the closing date.
iii) Candidates must provide proof of registration showing that the concerned private entity had the status of a registered body with the Punjab Medical Commission / Punjab Medical and Dental Council or any other regulatory authority, during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.
AGE:
Male: 22 to 35 + 05 = 40 years
Female: 22 to 35 + 08 = 43 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
The age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Female only
DOMICILE: Any District of the Province of Punjab
PLACE OF POSTING: Various Hospitals in Punjab
SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
NOTE: In case, a large number of applications are received, shortlisting shall be carried out on the basis of the academic record of candidates or on the basis of one paper MCQs type Written Test. Syllabus of written test (if held): One paper MCQ Type Written Test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. Syllabus is as under:-
a) Qualifications related questions (80%)
b) General Knowledge including (20%)
Pakistan Studies , Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.
