BASIC SCALE, NAME & NATURE OF (BS-17) ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (LEGAL/REGISTRAR) (on contract for a period of five years basis)

INDUSTRIES, COMMERCE, INVESTMENT & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
DIRECTORATE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION COUNCIL (CPC)

PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE AS PER SERVICE RULES:
i) L.L.B. (second division) from a recognized University.
ii) Proficiency in use of MS Office.

AGE:
Male: 22 to 30 + 5 = 35 years
Female: 22 to 30 + 8 = 38 years
As per Government of the Punjab Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No. SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26 January 2022.
Age and sex of the transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Male, Female and Transgender
DOMICILE: Any district of the Province of Punjab
PLACE OF POSTING: Anywhere in Punjab

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD):-
One paper MCQ Type Written Test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus is as under.
a) Qualification related Questions (80%)
b) General Knowledge including Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, (20%)
Islamic studies (Ethics for non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Computer Studies.
NOTE: The candidate who qualify the written test will also appear and qualify the proficiency test in MS Office
