They are different and distinct from the Fundamental rights and also not of the same force yet they have a role to see the ongoing process of Constitutional life of a people in a democratic set up, Discuss.

Q#2. What are the Safeguards provided in Constitution of Pakistan to a person who is in arrest or detention? Discuss in the light of Article 10 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan?

Q#3. Discuss the writ jurisdiction of High Courts under article 199 of the Constitution.

Q#4. How the Prime Minister of Pakistan is elected? Discuss the Constitutional role of Prime Minister after 18th amendment.

Q#5. Discuss the mechanism for the proclamation of emergency and in which circumstances the proclamation of emergency may be imposed and what are its effects on fundamental rights?

Q#6. On what grounds, the members of Parliament can be disqualified? Enumerate with reference to the article 63 of Constitution.

Part-II [Constitutional History of Pakistan]

Q#2. Discuss the Law relating to Principles of Policy and elaborate the statements about promotion of Social Justice and eradication of social evils and promotion of social and economic well-being of the people of Pakistan in the light of relevant provisions of the Constitution.
