Prescribed Qualification/Experience as per Service Rules

1. Higher Secondary School Certificate/ Intermediate or Equivalent Qualification at least 2nd Division from a recognized board.
2. A speed of 25 w.p.m in English typewriting.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application and shall demonstrate such proficiency.

Syllabus for Written Examination/Test (if held)

• One paper MCQ type General Ability Written Test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration comprising questions on:
  • General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General knowledge for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science (80%)
  • Basic Computer knowledge and M.S Office (20%)

  Note: Only those candidates will be called for typing test and proficiency test who will qualify the General Ability Test.
