How to convert MS Word file into PDF?

Need to follow the following steps;

• • Step 1: Open the desired Word document.
  • Step 2: Select the “File option” and then “Save As.”
  • Step 3: Now, from the “Save as type” drop-down menu, select PDF.
  • Step 4: Chose a desired file name for the PDF file.
  • Step 5: Save it on the hard disk by Choosing a location for the file.
  • Step 6: Select “Save” to convert the Word file to PDF and enjoy it.

2. With the help of Adobe Acrobat Pro:

Need to follow the following steps;

• • Step 1: Open the desired Word document.
  • Step 2: Select the “File option” and then “Save As.”
  • Step 3: Now, from the “Save as type” drop-down menu, select PDF.
  • Step 4: Chose a desired file name for the PDF file.
  • Step 5: Save it on the hard disk by Choosing a location for the file.

  • Step 2: Upload the desired Word file to convert to PDF.
  • Step 3: Select PDF as the output format for better results.
  • Step 4: Select the “Convert” button to start the conversion process.
  • Step 5: Download the PDF file and enjoy it

4. With the help of ABBYY FineReader (paid software):

Need to follow the following steps with ABBYY FineReader ;

1. • Step 1: Open ABBYY FineReader PDF.
   • Step 2: Select the “Convert to PDF” button in the main window.
   • Step 3: Select the desired Microsoft Word file you want to convert to PDF.
   • Step 4: Select the “Open” button to upload the file.
   • Step 5: Now the “Save As” dialog box will appear.
   • Step 6: Select the location where you want to save the PDF file.
   • Step 7: Choose a name for the PDF file.
   • Step 8: Select the “Save” button to start the conversion process.
   • Step 9: Now, Enjoy! The PDF file is saved to the location you specified.
