E-Utility Service Provider, Android Project for CS and SE students
This Service provider application is an android based application and its purpose is to provide the users with efficient services online. The application will allow the user to log in and look for the related service section to hire help. The application will also allow the service providers to register and make a profile so that they are easy to find and contacted accordingly.
This application is beneficial for both customers and service providers because it will efficiently get the job done and is a better marketplace for the service providers. The application will help in services that are as small as an electrician job and as big as a housing project planner etc.
This application will have a user-friendly interface so that it is easy to understand and people with very less mobile knowledge can also use it easily. The main purpose of this application is to erase the need to physically go somewhere to get some help, why go somewhere to hire someone when it’s all just one click away.
For mobile, the application will be available for Android users.

In an Android application, users register themselves first then proceed to any other activity. Users will able to place an order after signup. The request of the user will be saved.
Users can register themselves after installing the application. There is a form for registration, some information is compulsory like name, phone number, address, Email.
The user can sign in and order service.
The user can place an order to log in. And the request is saved.
When the user can order service the worker can easily find the location of the customer.
Smartphones must have Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G internet connections. It must have a minimum RAM of 512 MB with the operating system Android version 4.0 and above. Lower versions have GPS problems.
The desktop must have an operating system with Windows 7, 8 or above, compatible with SQL Management Studio and XAMPP server. o. It must have 2 GB RAM and Dual-core, core i-3 or above processor.
